Our founders began their property journey with the acquisition of a three-bedroom property, completed as a full BRR (Buy–Refurbish–Refinance) project, successfully achieving full capital extraction within six months.

5 Unit development
Harlington Development
Harlington 206 marked our first five-unit development, comprising one one-bedroom apartment and four two-bedroom apartments. This ground-up project included full planning and construction works. The scheme was sold at a profit midway through the build, ahead of the COVID-related market downturn, achieving a GDV of £2,200,000.

Azura Nights
February 2023 — Azura Nights is founded with a single unit in Birmingham City Centre. Within two years, the portfolio scales to 50 units across owned and managed properties, driven by our mission to deliver hotel-quality experiences through premium serviced apartments. In Q1 2025, we completed a successful strategic exit, selling the operation to a major accommodation provider who continues to manage the units today.
